Checkpoint 6 (Woori Yallock Primary School)

The weather has beaten us. The current status for the walk is such that Mt. Donna Buang has been closed but 306 is yet to reach Checkpoint 6 where they will most likely be stoped. Decisions are yet to be made as as to how our illustrious team members will react. Stay tuned...

Checkpoint 4 (Olinda Primary School)

The team battled their way up a hill to get to Checkpoint 4, arriving at roughly 4:50, then taking a half hour break spirits were lifeted and they have headed off.

Checkpoint 3 (Ferntree Gully Picnic Area)

The team arrived with a few special guest's waiting for them; Andreas family. A long break was taken to celebrate, a small incident was reported with Andreas' camelback, but that has been fixed and I expect the team are once more feeling quite good.

Checkpoint 2 (Lysterfield Lake Picnic Area)

The team are now back on schedule, and after a 10 minute break are in high spirits.

Checkpoint 1 (Churchill National Park Picnic Area)

The team arrived 10 minutes later then expected, and had a nice quick break to make up for lost time.

And they're off (Jells Park)

At roughly 7:04 this morning 'In Aigony Also' headed off on the 100km trail. Taking smiles and just a little bit of nervousness with them.
Lunatics, all of them. But they're our lunatics.

Almost there people

Well with one sleep to go, our team members must be pretty excited.
The walk begins bright and early tomorrow and you can track the team's progress here and over at the Oxfam's web site. Are you ready? Let's hope the team is.
